--oes thi-- s work? Hello? [The journal turns off, then on again.] ... how the-- do you... [Frustrated noises. The sound of fumbling and a bit of static. Wind blows through, loud, before cutting off abruptly. When it finally, finally comes back on the sound is muffled, like someone's speaking a little too close to the journal.]

[Vivi doesn't need to tell him twice. Zoro's off without so much as a nod, picking out the warmest shirt he can find and pulling it on right then and there. Woah that feels better. He also finds himself a thick jacket and his usual pair of boots. He'll probably find his pants later or something, not that he needs them right now.

Haramaki, haramaki... where are you haramaki...]

[Vivi mills about near the front of the shop, figuring Zoro should be able to handle this on his own. She begins browsing through some of the racks, not needing anything in particular, but ready to pounce if something especially cute catches her eye.]

[Zoro finally wanders up to Vivi after almost half an hour ~~he got lost ok~~. He'd exchanged his initial clothes for a black (women's) turtle neck, a garish looking military coat, and-- most importantly-- his trademark haramaki. He pulls Vivi's scarf off his shoulders (yes he was wearing it why do you ask) and offers it back to her.] Thanks.

[...oh Zoro, you are a fashion disaster.]

[Vivi doesn't comment on his ensemble, though with the amount of time he took, she'd kind of expected him to have found a few more clothes. Oh well. At least now he knows where to get more when he needs them. She takes the scarf back graciously, draping it around her neck.] You're welcome!

Anything else you need? [Though she's eager to get back to the house and see Nami and Sanji, they might as well get all of Zoro's "shopping" taken care of first.]

Just my... [He stops when something on a nearby shelf catches his eye. His bandanna and earrings. He takes them, tying and clipping them back into place.] No, I'm done.

[Then that's that! Vivi beckons him to follow (just in case he can't remember the way back to the house) and exits the shop.]

Does anyone else know you're here yet?

[Zoro follows obediently.]

A few people. Luffy, Keimi, Ace. [Some girl whose name he can't remember. B|a]

[Vivi nods as they walk along.]

Tony-kun and Brook-san are here too, from the crew. And Nami-san's mother is staying with us.

[And Nami and Sanji, of course, but she doesn't need to mention them to him.]

Nami's...? Isn't she... [He tries not to sound too curious. He may have been asleep for that flashback but he knows the gist of it; it's not exactly something he thinks they should be discussing just like this, but there you go. Casually, he adds:] What about the others?

[Vivi nods slowly in response to his first unspoken question.] That's how things are here, sometimes. [But she doesn't feel right going into a lot of detail about Bellemere's situation; it doesn't seem like her place. She hurries on to his next question.]

Been and gone, except for Carue. Usopp-san was here--older than when I last saw him, too--and Franky-san. He built a second floor onto the house before he went back home. [She hadn't met the shipwright until he arrived in Luceti, of course, but she'd grown fond of him in the time he'd been here.] And...Robin-san. She was here, too.

[He lets the topic of Bellemere drop. Plenty of time to figure that one out on his own, not to mention his earlier conversation with Ace... Now he focuses on the latter half of Vivi's explanation, thinking.

Robin. It takes him a while to appreciate how strange that must've been for Vivi. Then, as if the thought never even crossed his mind, Zoro moves past it, brings himself back into the conversation. He didn't deal in these things, but if she ever wanted to talk she at least knew where to find him now.] Does that happen a lot? People leaving and coming back? [He'd figured as much, especially in his own situation, but it felt important to verify that it happened to everyone else too.]

Maybe not a lot, but it happens. Actually...with Brook-san, Sanji-san, and Tony-kun, they were sent home for a while, and when they returned, they were...older. [She knows the same is true of Nami and Luffy, too, but they'd already returned by the time she'd arrived here.]

Actually... [She's fairly certain Zoro is from more or less the same time as she is, but just to confirm...] What's the last thing you remember? Back home?
